"The property is directly across the street from Grapevine Mills mall which is very convenient for holiday shopping right now. It was also a very short drive from the airport and the DFW North Station for the silver line and texrail trains. Great location and property is well kept. Room was spacious and updated. "This is the hotel we stayed 90% of our time travelled to Dallas. They provided great hotel rooms for just the way we needed. Big windows, clean room, great location, great pricing. But our most recent visit had a flaw which is they didn’t change the bed sheet when we arrived. And did not change it either after the first night and we told them to. We were mad. But when we checked out, the manager sincerely apologized to us and generously gave us a big discount. So we kind of make it even. Hope they can improve their management on the housekeeping crew. "
