"I rented a room with a jacuzzi something special it was my wife’s birthday, we fill up the jacuzzi with water got in the jacuzzi turn on the jets they didn’t work call front desk let them know and they wanted to send a technician at to the room at 8:30 at night I told them no because it was late and I didn’t want nobody working in my room that I pay for it at that time at the night, so they agree to give me 50% off of the room price I pay $166 they never gave me the 50% off they still charge me full price very bad service"

"The room and bathroom were so outdated, and had spots on the walls and doors ranging from chipped paint, discoloration and what looked like mold or dirt. Also, the room door let light in from the hallway, even when the door was closed. The door closed and locked securely, but it was weird that so much light came through."
