"Beautiful room and the Club Level is well worth the added cost for the included food and alcoholic beverages. But, that's where it ends.
In our premium, extra cost room the bathroom sliding/barn door's latch was broken & wouldn't stay closed. The whole trip we had to shove a washcloth under it to keep the door from sliding open when closed. That's embarrassing.
The 2nd low point, & it was truly a massive low was a family with 1 or 2 young kids crammed into one room across the hall from us....
"The rooms smelled of water, mold, and mildew. We were allowed to change rooms but the same was present in the next room. We just made the best of it."
