"We were given two rooms both of the blinds wouldn't work and neither one the one was stuck open ask for a new room the lady at the desk gives a hard time she finally gave us one told us what room number and then gave us a different room other than that then the following night when we came back she was on shift again and both are Keys have been canceled"

"Our room was very comfortable and had a section portioned off for a living room like area. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Plenty of fresh fruit, a yogurt bar, and oatmeal bar, as well as eggs and sausage links. They also had a decent gym. It had a dumbbell collection with a bench, a couple of bikes, an elliptical, and a treadmill."

"The entire hotel smelled amazing, clean but also a nice scent. Also it's been nicely updated, lobby and room. The breakfast was great. Hot or cold, good variety. "

"After reserving a room here for a conference, I had read some recent reviews that were critical of this place, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. But those reviews were NOT my experience. I had a pleasant experience here. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The lobby is HUGE and very beautiful. I did have one negative with some miscommunication with the pool being unlocked and it actually NOT being unlocked, even after telling the front desk twice that it wasn't unlocked, but they finally got it resolved. And wasn't a fan of surrounding area. There seemed to be a lot of construction going on, and to get to places to eat was kind of a drive. BUT overall I really had a nice time here. I would definitely would stay here again and definitely recommended this hotel. Thomas Hawthorne II"
