The hotel in lovely and obviously caters for the ‘Up Market’ clientele that they get given the proximity to the fashionable town of Biarritz, however Breakfast was not included and cost 26€ each!!!!! Far too much for a continental breakfast with additional hot items extra! Also be aware you are right next to an airport and will get occasional jet noise (not that busy though.

To stay at this hotel is to experience gracious living and elegance at its very best. We started coming here three years ago.to celebrate our wedding anniversary and now make a point of coming back each year. Great location just in the heart of the city all the shops, restaurants and the beach are 2 minutes away. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but everything is clean and well maintained. It also has all basic equipment in the rooms with coffee machine, kettle and a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable! The reception is not 24/7, so make sure you are aligned with the staff on the details of your check in

A lovely hotel in the heart of Biarritz with the most helpful and friendly hotel staff I have ever come across. I will definitely go back and highly recommend the hotel. Truly Excellent.

We had a fabulous room in the main house and stayed with our two dogs … great place … a little gem … clean room … staff fantastic … gardens to walk dogs … one of our favs

What a unique destination and fabulous hotel and spa! The service we received from all the staff was professional, helpful and friendly! The room far exceeded our expectation and the attention. To detail and delicious food were “next level”. Honestly, this was our favourite part of our journey!

Stressful start to our stay. After a very long and hot drive, the welcome we received was most unhelpful. Despite the website stating that there is car parking, we arrived to be told that it was full. No alternatives were offered, not even a map showing where other car parks could be found. When I asked, I was told that there are car parks in the town. The streets are very tight and most are one way so it is difficult to negotiate. Whole place was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very filling and excellent value for money. Charging was great and there was plenty of parking.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Mosaik Hotel. We were welcomed by a lovely lady in Reception who helped us park our car, store our bikes and offered to help with any questions or information. Our family apartment was a good size, comfortable, clean and equipped as described. The air-con was much appreciated as it was very hot during our stay and the hotel location is ideal for shops, restaurants, transport and the beach.
