We had a great stay at Mercure. Room was clean, had everything what's needed and personal was always friendly and helpful. Hotel is located very centrally so it's also very easy to reach all attractions in Freiburg.

Very nice hotel, great location with lots of food options close by. Parking is under the hotel and very convenient. Room was clean and modern and staff very helpful. We originally book this hotel for one night but extended it to two nights due to a poor hotel experience the prior night.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect just a short walk from the city center and plenty of restaurants nearby. There’s also a paid parking garage right underneath, which was really convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay - the room was immaculately clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and kind. Ideal proximity to walking paths, the Munsterplatz, shopping and dining. We hope to return to Freiburg and we will absolutely stay at the Mercure again!
