"Definitely the best stay across our 3 weeks trip across Europe (even better than global brands such as Holiday Inn, Marriot, Best Western Plus and Accor which we also stayed at this trip). I would even go as far as saying that with some up-levelling of the soft product this hotel could even be rated as 5 star instead of 4. Apart from the restful sleep, comfortable rooms and amenities, my partner and I also appreciate that the hotel is a short walk from town and has a decent supermarket just next door!"

"Location wise, its very accessible from all the attractions, shopping etc. Hotel is very clean and presentable. Breakfast has such a lovely spread, with great options and lovely fresh cupcakes. Only thing I can fault is that some fruits were rotten and my kids and husband had food poisoning while staying there. Obviously not sure if its related but still that would be something they need to take care of for the brand they are. The staff are very very helpful. We had an issue with blocked bathroom and they immediately changed our room."

"Hotel Mondschein was perfect for our stay in Innsbruck; it's location couldn't have been better for strolling to the Old Town as well as getting to terminals for buses and trams. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Elisa) and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast taken in the charming room overlooking the river, was excellent with a good selection and delicious fresh breads and pastries. Very good value for money and a terrific find."
