"The spa facilities were poor dirty showers , ran. Out of towels had to walk all the way to reception to pick one up , couldn’t get in the jacuzzi as full of children the steam room was cold I had just finished work and was looking forward to a lovely relaxing time , went to have a shower and guess what no shower gell in the dispensers overall very disappointed , the room we stopped in was ok it was at least clean ."

"Incredible, affordable, beyond our expectations. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights for his birthday. I didn’t have the biggest budget so when I saw the excellent price at Holiday Inn for what looked like a great hotel, I was somewhat sceptical- However, our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely pleasant, we came early to leave our luggage instead of dragging it through london and they were very happy to assist and hold on to it until we checked in later. When we returned we were checked in swiftly. The staff offered us great advice on transport to/from london. The bar staff are very friendly, the cleaners are polite and will knock and ask if you need anything in the afternoon- The service is 10/10. The room was massive, spotless and well-stocked. They use eco-friendly shampoos / body wash. There’s an ironing board and hair dryer, free teas and sugar etc. The huge tv has the ability to cast stuff from your phone and many channels available. Theres a telephone with access to 24/7 room service. I’m an extremely cold person and the heating comes on fast :) You also have full control over the thermostat. Overall the whole experience was excellent for the price, despite having a small budget it felt as though we were staying in a 5 star hotel that would generally be wildly over budget. It really exceeded our expectations and we plan to return again later this year after we’ve saved up for another london trip :) "
