"The room and bathroom are tiny. The air conditioning blows right on the bed so I was cold every night. The shower is so small that the shower curtain sticks to you while trying to shower. We didn’t have a hairdryer in our room and asked for one which they brought but they gave us a broken one. The staff was friendly. "

"Overall, everything about the stay was good , the room, service, and location met expectations. However, the main reason I wouldn’t choose this hotel again is the TV setup. There were no apps like Netflix or YouTube, and no easy way to connect or cast from a phone. Traveling with a child, this made it difficult to keep them entertained with movies or shows. If the hotel updates the TVs to include streaming options or casting, I would definitely consider staying again."

"Supposedly we got the only room in the hotel that didn't have a TV that worked, which was frustrating as we had a toddler. The windows on the street side are razor thin, so you will hear street noise at all hours. Location is excellent. Very close to lots of things. Rooms are slightly outdated, but I think that's for the "charm". Staff was very attentive and very helpful"

"Breakfast was ok. Not a huge selection but was hot and tasted good. Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately pool was closed for maintenance, only able to use the day we checked in. Room was clean and well stocked. "

"This could be a great, quirky boutique hotel but it is currently let down by a lack of investment and sloppy management. The courtyard and structure is fantastic but the lobby and front entrance are poor/drab. The rooms are clean but the public areas are dirty. Get it clean and carry on the courtyard character to thre lobby and it would be so much better"

"Upon arrival to the room, the sheets were dirty. I called the front desk and I was told maintenance would come up and change the sheets in 10 minutes. 40 minutes passed and no one came. I had to call back and someone was sent to the room with sheets for me to change which is ridiculous as that is not my job. Upon ordering a room one expects everything to be done by the staff considering how expensive the room was; just for it to be dirty. I had to go up to the front desk in person and file a complaint. First I was told that they only have queen beds available for me to change to. I was then told that the manager was able to put me in a king room. The whole experience was terrible and I would never come back here."

"The front desk was helpful, the room was big and clean and the property was not far from where I had to go. The building appeared to be secure. It was a pleasant visit for somewhere to sleep."
