"This place was great, very clean and nice. It was most convenient having a washer and dryer inside the room, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. They supply pots, pans, cutting boards, and utensils you need. Any household needs they supply upon request. I loved it! The only issue was parking, but not a big deal; we did find parking close to the hotel."

"There is no clock in the room. There is no microwave in the room. No breakfast buffet. My room had a coffeemaker, but others in my group did not., and hot drinks are not available in the lobby. The TV remote was difficult to use. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon checking in I was sent to a room that had not been cleaned, but was quickly given a different room."

"This is my 4th time staying at the property, usually have no issues. The room I got had some wall paper peeling, bubbling paint in the bathroom and for some reason the tv remote didn’t work(batteries were good) nor did the tv have any signal the entire night. So resorted to watching my phone."

"I am a frequent guest at this hotel and as such I have come to know most of the staff. They are always courteous and helpful. Cindy in the restaurant makes a spectacular margarita! There is a friendly atmosphere while also insuring the most professional response to request from guest."

"Great location near Rittenhouse Square and shopping. Easy to get to major sights. Room was a good size with a large TV that you could cast to. Really liked the free coffee and tea and water. You have to take an elevator to the lobby then a separate elevator to the rooms."
