Our reservation was moved to a different hotel where they charged me again even after showing proof i had paid. They said to follow up with Expedia for a refund. No suite- we booked for 3 peopleand were given one king bed! Outrageous!!!! Free breakfast provided as compensation.

Staff was very spot on with greetings and timely execution of checking guest in and out with professional personality. The morning breakfast held a variety and the staff kept the area stocked and tidy.

The floors all over the place were dirty and stained including the room kitchen floor, I asked the front desk for someone to clean it, but they didn't send anybody to clean it even next day. Conditioner, shower gel and body lotion were out and in my two days stay never get refilled. The breakfast was not that good,
