"The biggest iek for me was rhey had construction going on and it really annoyed me.At one point they woke me up at 6am after i usd beeon a night out. I wasn't best pleased. Never had my room cleaned in the four days i was there. No air-conditioning in the room. It was hot. I was given a fan but it was not effective. "

I had to down load an app to check-in and also had to provide a large security deposit to check-in and receive my electronic key. Once this was complete an electronic key is issued through the app. However, the key did not work. I was lucky to see the cleaning lady who granted me access.
