AC was a wall unit that took a while to cool the room. This hotel is basic and outdated. Beds were hard, towels old, everything seemed used. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was well stocked and varied.

Shuttle service

Given the price and hotel condition I would give 4 stars. The reason for the 2 star overall rating is unreliable shuttle service. Despite arranging the shuttle pick up with the flight information/time of arrival we had to make numerous calls to the hotel as the driver wasn’t there to pick us up. The attitude of the driver wasn’t any better. On the other hand the staff at the hotel was very helpful.

Nice people, but hard pass

I stayed here because it was cheap. The beds aren't great, but they exist and they provide bedding. The problem I have is when I turned the shower on, the shower handles gave a low grade electric shock. Apparently this is a known issue and they just haven't done anything about it. They said it shouldn't happen because there's "no electricity there." What they really mean is that there are bare wires above the shower head that are hot but not hooked up to a socket or light. The people were nice, but hell no would I ever stay there again.

Tudo excelente, além de ser um hotel com quartos amplos, ar condicionado bom e cama confortável, o atendimento é maravilhoso. Café da manhã bem servido e cedo para quem vai pra o Paraguai fazer compras. Além disso, super bem localizado para comer e pegar transporte público.

Atendimento muito bom

O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas muito bom. A localização é excelente, o quarto que ficamos era muito amplo, com várias camas. O atendimento também foi excelente, permitiram o checkin antes do horário e tentamos o late checkout, porém, o hotel estava lotado. Todos os recepcionistas foram muito cordiais, desfizeram uma má impressão pessoal que havia ficado das pessoas da cidade em outra oportunidade. Em geral, gostei bastante e seria minha primeira opção caso retornasse a Foz.

Hotel de bom custo beneficio, somente para pernoitar, visto que ficamos mas fora do hotel devido aos passeios e opções turisticas em foz do Iguacu, o ponto negativo ficou para o cafe da manha que comeca somente as 7 da manha, no horario de inicio dos passeios turisticos oferecidos.
