This was an unexpected good stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered plenty of options. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk around the hotel and experience the variety of local eateries. The only mildly irritating issue was parking - spots were taken by early evening, and we had to scramble around to fit our small car into a space. Regardless, this will be a hotel we will visit again. Good value for money.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a fabulous little place. Location is great for getting to both sides of the falls. The area around it didn’t feel too greats limited restaurants other than burgers and pizza. Shops were very good and close by. Staff were helpful, friendly and lovely. I really enjoyed my time here. A great place to stay when out and about exploring. Highly recommend.

Good place in the city center

Quite OK place. Friendly people, ok breakfast, nice pool. No luxury, but comfortable enough. Very good location in the centre of town, with all kinds of restaurants and bars around. No view.

We stayed here because the hotel had a very high rating. It certainly lived up to it's expectation. Everything and everyone were very good. I have to mention the breakfast. We had been on holiday for 4 weeks in Brazil and Argentina and the breakfast here was the best - the quality and standard was superb.

No airport pickup, great in house travel service

The stay got off to a rocky start--no one showed up to pick me up at the airport (I had been in contact with reception about the pick up the day before my arrival, but I never received a solid confirmation). I called the hotel many times from the airport but in transferring me to find someone who spoke Spanish or English, the call was repeatedly dropped (more than 10 times). After a frustrating hour or so at the airport, I was instructed to take a taxi to the hotel. The guy checking me in apologized for the mistake but that was it. Best part of the hotel was the travel agent, who was super nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Otherwise the stay was uneventful: room was small but ok, breakfast was standard Brazilian food.

Pessimo

Olha café da manhã muito fraco sem quase nenhuma opção. Hotel com escadas no hall no século 21 onde tem lei acessibilidade não ter uma rampa. Funcionário da noite muito mal educado. Não recomendo e ainda tive uma taxa adicional.

Ótima experiência. Não tenho do que reclamar. Pessoal atencioso, sempre disponível para atender nossas solicitações. Café da manhã excelente. Localização ótima, com restaurantes próximos. Chamo atenção para a agência LOUMAR que atende dentro do hotel, fui atendida por Luana e Bárbara, fizeram um roteiro dos melhores passeios com excelente custo benefício. Enfim, recomendo demais e voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel sempre que for a esta cidade maravilhosa Foz do Iguaçu. Gratidão a todos dessa equipe.
