"Rooms were dated but everything worked which gives it a 5. I did have trouble turning the shower head water off. It kept coming back on.
Nice staff that fulfilled every request eagerly. I would stay here again."
"From checking in to checking out, this hotel was great! I appreciated Scott at check-in very much. Super kind and helpful with explaining the meal deal and other hotel amenities and my questions about getting taxi, etc. The restaurant was really good! I had an excellent dinner and breakfast. They serve breakfast until 10:30 on weekday, so that was appreciated as I like to sleep late.
It's close to the airport, so very convenient. Large parking lot. My hotel room was great.
Quiet room and I appreciated the elevator!!! A lot of previous hotels I was at were walk ups only. My room, #244, was very comfortable and large! The bed was soooo big, soft, comfy, and warm! Nice size bathroom with both a tub and shower. Large TV.
Just a perfect end to my Scotland vacation! Thank you! "
