The huge room overlooking the ocean was beautiful and clean, but it was the staff that made our trip. Everyone, no matter their role was kind and professional. Will stay there again when I’m Fort Meyers.

The resort was very cute. The rooms were basic, but well maintained. Everything functioned properly and was comfortable. The pool and bar were very nice areas. Trianon Bonita Bay
Needed the carpet cleaned. Carpet had a spot looked like dry vomit and maintenance came and used a carpet scrubber to clean it up. Don’t care for the sheets on the bed. Very thin and do not tuck into the mattress. We're going to the pool today.
