"Perfect hotel!"

"Standard timeshare set up. A bit understaffed maybe. Bar and restaurant service was slow. Food was excellent. Massive property and it’s a hike to get across."

"We came in early afternoon and the pool was packed. Nowhere to sit. Went to La De Da for lunch and it was delicious. Loved our room love the access to the bridge, coffee, shop, and restaurant downstairs. Looking forward to coming back."

"A very bad experience. When I checked in, the woman at the front desk seemed like she had no desire to work she didn’t even say good evening, and her explanation of where the room was located was given with a poor attitude. The room had a strong musty smell, the sheets had cigarette burn marks, and the bathroom tiles were chipped and deteriorating. The breakfast was very poor as well there was no variety at all. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place, not even for one night."

The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and inviting. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, DoubleTree definitely delivers. I’ll absolutely be returning on my next trip."
