At first glance I was defiantly worried but it wasn't bad. on the same lines as maybe a red roof inn. However they could supply you with a blanket. The top bedspreads should never be touched so when you take that off the bed its just the sheet

It was amazing. Clean, great service and family owned and operated. Any requests we had were met. Just wish they had a pool or jacuzzi. Other than that it was great. Beds were clean, bathrooms are clean. Great stay over all will be back again.

Always a clean room at the Tahitian. Wish they would change out the shower head. Water comes out like needles. Painful.

I am just in love with this place. Nice, small, well run, and homey feel to this property.. The staff are AMAZING! Sara is great! I will definitely return. Thank you Ibeach Resort for a great family vacation.

Not very friendly
Arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm. Waited for check in service for about 5 minutes. A man came out of the back room without shoes on. I asked for two extra towels and he said I could get them at 6am. I needed to be out of the hotel early, so I showered before 6am and had to use a hand towel to dry off.

For starters the TV didn’t work along with the remote control. There was no hot water, warmest it got was room temperature. Floor was sandy and gritty. The AC would not get cool at all!

Great Customer Service
GREAT Front Desk Attendant, very Friendly and understanding of my needs. The Hotel ACCOMMODATED my need for late Check In, due to KeyWest Ferry Schedule, Will be booking Again.

The hotel was good for an overnight stay. I wouldnt vacation there, you could tell that they did there best to make repairs to the property. Our door did not close all the way, it would latch but was not sealed, there was a gap.

It wasn't what I was expecting. The staff were nice & let me check in early but they also called me 4 minutes after the 10am check out to see if I was leaving. I thought check out was at 11am like normal places & was never told it was at 10am. Maybe a little unsafe for a single woman to stay by herself. There were alot of loud noises from the next room & I was in a corner end. My only big window looked out into the dumpster.

The people who work there provide great service! My man and I stayed there and got a two bedded room which was very convenient because the one room was like a living room space. This place holds a ton of great memories! The beach and shopping access is great especially if you have a vehicle! The sky view is phenomenal to sit outside and just take in. If you’re considering booking here, please do!

Mango trees on property. Mattress top heavy, had to sleep with head by foot area. Did not get coffee pads on day 2. At 130 am x- large possible cockroach killed.

Perfect For Me
I stayed 3 nights. My room was an end unit with windows on one side from ceiling to almost floor which was which was facing a boat channel and parking lot. I was gone during the day and at night by myself so never had them open for didn't want anyone to look in to see what was in the room. If I would have been in room for the day I would have opened them up and enjoyed the view. Very large and spacious room. Very clean everyday when I returned. New clean towels in bathroom daily. The bathroom was very nice and updated. The entry door didn't look the most secure for could see light around edges but had 2 locks. One drawback was room had no dresser or place to hang clothes. There is room to add both for room is large. Air conditioning was nice. Location was peaceful, nightly rate was within my budget, close proximity to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and Airport. Owners did not interact with much except at checkin and checkout, a bit hard to understand but nice. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. If you are looking for a 4-5 star place next to the water this is not for you but it was PERFECT for me.

Property not maintained as good as it could. Rooms are not carpeted but have a nice tile floor. Should've been easy to maintain by washing but floor was filthy first entering. Asked for it to be cleaned when I left for the day. Definitely not done. Good though was bed was made and fresh towels and washcloths were placed

Great Location
Great Location to Fort Myers Beach,and to Sanibel Island. Room was very clean ! Not a lot of frills, and not fancy but would stay here again. Only problem I experienced was no TV service for the last day and a half of my stay. Storm came through,and knocked out service. Felt like I should have been given a small credit on my bill.

No closet, no hangars, bathroom smelled like mildew. Probably because the shower curtain had black spots. The beds were comfortable and looked clean. We weren't sure the door was going to open, it was pretty old and rickety.
