"Great little gem for Tombstone. Easy in & out, just like self check out at the grocery store. Sfaff person didn't do much except take out money. She didnt get up to greet us, tell us her name, nor did she engage in conversation. Rooms were clean. Didn't know any of the History of the Inn, if there was any, because staff person didn't engage. Air conditioning system was annoying. Couldnt get it regulated & it was so loud you couldn't hear the television. Location was great. Close to downtown. There were some unique things on the property, but didnt know the history due to lack of customer service. "

"There was no one at the property to help, the room access keys stopped working, had to call multiple times the property checkin who took almost 30 minutes to get a working access code. Could only get into our rooms after 30 mins after we reached our property everytime we went out."

"The customer service is great! Breakfast is good, and the area is well maintained. The hotel should have more specific rooms for pets and smokers. The hotel smells like wet dog, the rooms have unpleasant smell. Swimming pool area has bees, unable to enjoy without getting stung."

"The room was very clean, bed slept good. The AC unit was quiet and worked as it should. Staff was really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and it was a good experience the entire 6 nights. Price was reasonable. Good hot breakfast every morning. I have absolutely no complaints. This was my second stay and will stay again if I am in Sierra Vista."

"I came upon this property by chance and I’m so happy I did. From the staff being prompt and helpful over the phone and on arrival being greeted personally by Ron the owner and Rene the manager, to the ranch dogs greetings and the beautiful horses right near my casita and the wonderful interior and design of the casita I had a fabulous stay and can’t wait to return for a trail ride "
