"Very clean room. A bit compact but worked well as I was only one person. Bed, sheets, and pillows were great. Very comfortable. Wall mounted radiant heater under front window was very slow to warm the room up. Called front desk to have it checked. Maintenance man arrived in just a few minutes. He turned thermostat up to 90 degrees to kick start the heater. Also brought a plug in floor heater to knock the chill off and left it overnight. Convenient location to Allen Street (1 block away). All in all very happy with the accommodations."

"Average breakfast. The front desk staff charged me twice for my room that had already been paid for ahead of time through Expedia. Took a lot of time to resolve. No gym."

"Room was clean. Older TV and air conditioning system, but not bad. Was very very noisy in front bottom floor room though. Staff was very friendly. "

"I appreciate the staff here but there was a generator or something apparently on the roof above my room cycling on and off loudly enough that people I was speaking with on the phone asked about the noise. Construction going on in adjoining rooms most days, also loud. Nights were reasonably quiet. Walking distance to local health food co-op. Water pressure in shower was dismal and no hot water in kitchen sink. For the price, I’d go back, but try to avoid 207, 206 - rooms under roof noise. Also, if you want to boil water (like for pasta) bring your own pot."
