"Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable."

"Overpriced, in the middle of nowhere, nobody present. Online login didn’t work. Had to call multiple times to get in. Their system couldn’t send me a text or even an email. Hard to type in the 9 digit code in poorly lit hallway on a lousy keyboard that is so low that I had to kneel. Can’t get to this hotel with public transport "

"Everybody should know that you have to read the little text of the booking carefully before coming to this hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. There is no personality at the place except the cleaning persons. The place itself is really wonderfully and room...

Check in lukker 22.30 men have skrevet med hotellet og de lovede mig at sende koder så vi bare kunne komme ind på værelset når vi kom om natten. Men de sendte ikke koder og selv om jeg rykkede for det kom de ikke tilbage med koder. Og nu har jeg betalt for noget som jeg ikke har fået. Det er heller ikke nemt at finde dette hotel, hvis jeg skal være ærlig ved jeg faktisk ikke om det findes. Min...
