Very friendly and helpul staff. Rooms are rather small and equipped in basic level, but very clean and beds are comfortable. Private parking available for guests free of charge.

Lovely hotel with family room that worked well for our family of four for our Christmas markets visit. Great buffet breakfast too!

Nice affordable place to stay for one.night. fine breakfast.

Nice hotel in center of very nice city.

Great hotel large but well run. Stayed here en route to Germany. Had a great splash in the pool before searching for kid friendly food in the local area. There is an Ikea in the retail park opposite that served a great cheap breakfast. We used the pool and this was nice to relax in after the long journey. Set of the next next thoroughly refreshed. Nice modern updated room. Easy access to the pool for the kids.

Friendly English speaking staff, clean big room, even though there was an addition bed. The only minus - we lived on the first floor and could hear cars in underground garage.

I just stayed here for one night as I was passing through the area at the start of my holiday. Very friendly staff and being a family run business I was allowed to place my motorcycle in the family garage.

Stayed whilst attending a long weekend at Spa F1. Great hotel, amazing staff and impeccably clean and well presented. We had to be out early to drive to Spa and they accommodated us for an early breakfast without hesitation. Would highly recommend and the village has plenty of additional restaurants for variety.

The clean room and balcony were great, though the table could have been taller for outdoor dining. Check-in was a pain, especially since the required information required email access, and there was no staff. Asking to enter passport details in view of everyone in the lobby, with no privacy, is not ideal.

All the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful, the room was lovely with a lot of amenities; fridge, microwave, AC, multi function bath/shower. The view from the balcony of the lake is stunning. Couldn't have picked a better location and will be returning! Can't recommend enough

Very friendly staff .. our room very small but expected that as said small room. Fine for our overnight stopper. Room was clean and good.. Parked in nearly covered var park 16 euros for 24 hours so good value. was clean. Breakfast was good choice. Good stay and very local to town 👍

The area is very picturesque, and the staff were very helpful and accommodated a last-minute change of breakfast plans!
