"Desk employee wasn’t very friendly, in fact was slightly rude as I was checking in and when I checked out (was same person). Lock on my room door was broken. Other room was fine (had 2 rooms, asked for adjoining rooms and was accommodated on that request). Both rooms had a slight weird smell. Shower heads had lots of mildew on them, ceilings had black mold. There was food crumbs next to mini fridges, like whole chips and candy pieces. I am not sure if the bedding was even clean, and I didn’t want to think about it. It was a one night stay and that’s about all we could handle of the place. We didn’t get to use the pool, had an event to attend. The location was great! Many choices of stores and food very close by. Definitely needs a deep cleaning and some training for staff."

"The room was disgusting, bathroom not cleaned for multiple visits, mold in shower, red mildew in shower caulking, shower didn’t drain properly, ceiling leaking in hallway by door 4 black mold present on ceiling tiles, sprinkler head in room pouring water out all night on my very last night. Housekeeping never bothered to come and clean my shower. There was so much wrong with this room and hotel it’s not even funny. The last night after several visits to the front desk begging for something to be done the GM, Markkell Spencer literally came barging into my room at almost 1am. He said he didn’t know anyone was in there. Literally used his key and tried to bust in my room in the middle of the night. After standing in the hallway at 1am explaining all the reasons this was the hotel from hell I was promised a refund. He later went back on this saying he felt like a partial refund was enough and he didn’t know I was staying for multiple nights when he initially promised me a refund. He is unresponsive and doesn’t follow through. Markkell has absolutely no idea what’s going on in his hotel. Furthermore, hotels.com has no record of a partial refund either. He is incompetent and I am in immediate need of a REFUND!!!! I have pictures, videos and emails to support this, I just need someone with some sense to get in touch with me! Absolutely do not book here, the lobby is beautiful but a complete and total CATFISH! "

"Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Room was a little scuffed…TV remote didn’t have a back on it and the batteries were in wrong lol putting in TV channel #s didn’t work so had to use the arrows to actual have the channels work or else they were static/not available. Pool door lock didn’t work so you/anyone could just waltz in. No towels down there either. Jacuzzi jets were out of order."

"3rd floor room, the highway noise was a real problem. Even with the windows and curtains shut, it made sleeping truly difficult. Also- the thermostat was super old, and was set at 60, but it was 77 in the middle of the night, there was no air flow, and I couldn’t open the windows due to the highway noise."

"The Henry Hotel is like an Oasis in Dearborn MI. It’s beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean, and has wonderful staff. It even smells good. And the food at the restaurant was delicious! If you need a place to stay while you’re in Dearborn, this is the place. A++++++"

"The employees are great! Breakfast had a lot of options. Bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, bagels, yogurt. They even have little bags you can grab some stuff to go if you don't want to eat there. The rooms are really clean and so nice. The beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay again without hesitation. "
