"Managed very unprofessional, rude disrespectful . I have never been treated that way in my life. Its shameful to have someone in that position who isn't relatable to her customers. I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. I dont care how convenient it may be. She shouldn't have such a high position if she cant converse with the people staying there on a level that's inviting and friendly. Remodel the hotel, but get a new staff as well."

"This hotel was terrible. One I got put on the second floor when I have a knee injury you could smell marijuana throughout the property. There was homeless people on the properly."

They do offer a breakfast, but it should be free. We shouldn’t have to pay $10 a person or I press it that I would get free at different hotels. "
