"Working nights we didn’t check in before midnight me and my co workers, three rooms for three nights , pre-paid for. Getting off work at 4 am went to hotel and they said we didn’t have a reservation anymore . They said we can’t check in at all . Not even for the next two days and that I was out the $1800. Person behind counter was not helpful at all and rude."

"When we arrived the place was like a building site - noise, drilling and dust from renovating. We were given a room on the ground floor and it was terrible - it was next door to the staff room so noise and food smell came in at times. The actual room smelt of food and the fridge stank of fish, even so it was empty. You cannot open a window as it is bolted. The toilet bowl was leaking and the sink was very slow draining, almost blocked. We alerted the staff and on day 2 they sent someone who repaired the toilet bowl, but not the sink. Bed was comfortable. Every morning the drilling started at 8am, forget it if you want to sleep in a bit longer. The reception staff was helpful - we ended some coffee pods for the morning and he came to the maids room to give us some."

"Room was surprisingly clean and spacious for an older location. Breakfast was ok - they pass out vouchers. The front office is difficult to find at night, weird peppery layout and not enough lighting outside!"

"Clean, modern, helpful and friendly front desk staff, 24-hour coffee in lobby (a must when you have a 5 am flight!), and very close to the airport. Literally took seven minutes to get from the hotel to the airport! Would definitely recommend this hotel for convenience and comfort."
