"Nice hotel happy to decide to stay"

"A very nice modern hotel for the price. I would stay there again."

"Centrally located, good management, warm and efficient staff round the clock."

"Was really good stay!"

"Damp. Everything damp. The walls. The bed linen. The pillows. Damp. No circulation of air in or around the building."

"Room had no running hot water. After an hour we were told that the boiler was off. Why not make sure before providing it to the guest? The hot tub had mold, chipped off patches and caulking needed everywhere. I stay here once every year. This time it was not as good as last year. "

"Property was average & not worth the money at all. I feel cheated by expedia. Amenities were average and staff not at all professional & unfriendly. Food quality was average . Washroom was stinking and room cleanliness was below average."

"Room was an average. Some members of staff were considerate"

"The access to location was impossible. Had to carry luggage for almost 100 meters to get into hotel. "Our room was dirty, the sheets gross. We asked to replace them and they turned up with two other sheets that were as dirty. Had to constantly remind the staff to please bring us the bare necessities like towels and toilet paper. Horrible hotel. "

"Pathetic property ever visited such a unclean unhygienic property."

"I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service. 1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable. 2.
