"A localização é ótima, tem shoppings e restaurantes próximos e fácil acesso à Rua 24 horas e ao centro. O prédio é novo, conta com 2 andares com áreas comuns muito agradáveis: redes, balanços, mini mercado, espaço coworking, áreas abertas com mesas e cadeiras, lavanderia, academia... O apartamento estava limpo e era muito bem mobiliado, mas tinha alguns detalhes que precisam de manutenção, como cortina solta do trilho, luz de led do armário soltando, panela queimada e forno precisando de...
