"I didn’t. Like tha fact they do no offer an iron I have to go downstairs every day to iron my clothes, also they do have restaurant service if I need to buy lunch or dinner, they do no provide phone service at the room or laundry if I want to wash my clothes. Super inconvenient"

"Pedi toalhas na recepção porque tinha um vazamento de água no meu quarto e utilizei a toalha pra aparar a água, o chuveiro alagava o quarto e não me trouxeram a toalha depois de pedir por 3 vezes, saí sem tomar banho. No checking nada amigável ! Não voltaria . "

"Clogged sink, stinky room: extra heavy chemical fragrances trying to disguise the horrible sewage odors emerging from the bathroom. Double that with extremely heavy chemically scented bedsheets and pillow cases. The breakfast was absolutely miserable. The scrambled eggs were a greasy fluid smelling like chicken (yikes!)"

"Room is outdated. Mold in bathroom. Ceiling texture was falling. Towel rack was also falling. Towels were dingy and old. On the other hand, room and hotel common areas were clean. Staff was pleasant and polite. This is absolutely NOT a 4 stars hotel. This place felt more like a glorified motel or Inn rather than a 4 stars. "
