Center of city

Is the first hotel 5 stars of Curitiba, beautiful and makes part of city culture! Breakfast wonderful… But, like the oldest hotel need to fix the toilet flush, mirrors, and bedding mattresses…! Still a really good hotel in the best part of the heart center of Curitiba! No regrets at all!

The services was lacking. You expect more from well known brand like Burbon. The staff were nice and pleasant but the service was lacking for a 4 star hotel. An example of this was when they cut the water off at 10 am and didn't informed us,so I can schedule myself around the inconvenienced! The rooms were little outdated and the sheet seems old. The shower was one of the best thing from the room. The service provided better fit a 2-3 star hotel but not a 4 star hotel. Also for the price you pay definitely not worth it.

Comunicação difícil para resolver problemas.

Utilizamos 5 diárias do hotel, chegamos na sexta e nos colocaram na parte antiga, que não foi reformada, como fiquei no hotel por indicação, tinha solicitado no ato da reserva ficar no quarto reformado e paguei a tarifa para tal. Ao chegarmos, nos informaram que a parte nova estava com lotação esgotada e nos alocamos nos quartos antigos, apesar de ser um pouco maior, o banheiro estava com a pia entupida, a água do chuveiro não escoava e vazava para fora. Solicitamos a troca de apartamento, que nos foi concedida apenas no terceiro dia. A partir daí tudo funcionou. O café da manhã é gostoso. Foi decepcionante para mim. Era uma viagem de casal para comemorar meu aniversário.

Desde a chegada fomos muito bem tratados. A educação e gentiliza dos profissionais do bourbon Curitiba foi incrível. Chegamos 2h antes e o Hotel já havia disponibilizado um quarto para check-in antecipado. Café da manhã delicioso e quarto com um conforto incrível. A única coisa que eu faria no hotel é aquecer a piscina. Obrigado a todos os colaboradores do hotel pelo carinho. Obrigado, Bourbon Curitiba.

A piscina deve ser informada na descrição que não tem aquecimento, um dos motivos de termos escolhido este hotel, é o fato de ter piscina para nosso filho, porém, no inverno com a água fria foi inviável o uso.

Bom hotel com ótimo atendimento.

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, boa estrutura e excelente atendimento. Esse é o ponto alto do hotel, a equipe de atendimento é muita bem preparada; simpatia e cordialidade são notáveis neste hotel. A limpeza também é outro ponto positivo, e o café da manhã um pouco abaixo das expectativas. Única decepção foi a piscina, cujas informações em sites de busca como Booking e Decolar informam que o hotel conta com piscina aquecida, o que não corresponde com a realidade. Esse item foi preponderante na nossa escolha pelo hotel, uma vez que temos uma criança que contava com isso, e ficou extremamente decepcionada por não poder utilizar a piscina com água fria. Acho que o hotel deve corrigir imediatamente estas informações para que outros hóspedes saibam exatamente o que irão encontrar, para assim evitar decepções, principalmente se tratando de crianças. No mais, é um bom hotel, o qual recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar novamente.
