"I have stayed multiple times at this property. The rooms are ok, nothing fancy. Bed was comfortable for the two nights we stayed. On this specific trip, we had a few issues. The bathroom fan didn’t work, so humidity after a shower was an issue. No gutters or cover over floor level doors, so we got soaked trying to get into our room. The water leaked in at the door also, wasn’t aware until after I stepped on wet carpet."

"The only issue we ran into was the parking situation. There was limited parking for the amount of rooms the hotel had. Our room was clean and the balcony view was phenomenal. The hotel overall needs updated. A refresh mainly. I would stay here again. The location was great."

"Pulled up it looked a little suspicious but checked in anyways… crack was so big in the door I could see outside. Toilet seat was peeling and flooring was scratched up. I immediately felt dirty. My child did not feel safe. 15 mins later I checked out. I couldn’t even bring myself to accept this. People were walking around as if they were on some type of drugs. WONT BE BACK. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The view was fabulous. us. It is far enough out of the way not to have a ton of traffic, but close enough to the things I wanted to do to be convenient. My only concern was paying extra for parking. I would definitely stay here again."

"This was our second stay at The Pensacola Beach Resort and it was everything we remembered it to . Our room was spotless, the staff is friendly and welcoming and the gulf view couldn't be beat. Experience gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from your balcony. Make sure to stop by the Tiki Bar to see Marshall and get the best Italian Margarita in Pensacola!"

"1/2 of room outlets did not work, no tv remote (took 2 hours to receive one), poor office communication, bathroom needs a serious update, pool bathroom was disgusting( floor was covered with dirty used paper towels)"
