"I enjoyed the modern and cleanliness of the hotel. Unfortunately, the gym was under construction. Although, I called before reserving to ask if all amenities were working because I was celebrating my 26 year anniversary and was told yes. The tiki bar was not staffed either. The restaurant on site closes at 10 pm. One night I called at 9 pm to ask what is the latest time I can order and was told 9:30 but when I called they were no longer taking orders and had no dinner. The hot breakfast buffet serves powered eggs. The waffle machine was nice. Had breakfast elsewhere after the first time. I personally like to try new hotels each time I go on vacation. This was a nice spot though."

"The first room we got was overlooking the courtyard. It was very small and we had some issues with the room. The blind was broken and the sink didn’t drain properly. We ended up upgrading to an oceanfront suite the last couple nights, which was well worth the extra money. The larger suites were clean, spacious and had an incredible view. The hotel itself was beautiful. Staff was courteous and there is plenty to do for the kids. Excellent stay… would definitely go back."

"Breakfast and the Bars were excellent. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Room was a great size and view was wonderful. Parking seemed limited/insufficient for number of guests. I would have given an excellent all the way around, except the price was 20% higher compared to pricing of a similar hotel we stayed at in Key West."

"This is a beautiful situation for a hotel at a reasonable price. With breakfast included. The rooms are big and clean, however they could do with a freshen up, this did not impact our stay. The beach, bay and pool area are ideal. Our room was situated right on the beach, so if possible ask for room 151, it was perfect for relaxing for a few days. Saw lots of manatees in the water too which made it extra special"

"Upon getting to the room after checking-in at a separate building, we found no coffee-maker in the room, the refrigerator was unplugged with water in the freezer, the safe was locked, the beach towels were missing, the phone unit didn’t work…dialing the front desk from the cell phone took us to the voice mail. Had to walk to the front desk several times for resolution. The staff member at the front desk during the check-in was nice and friendly though. To check-out early in the morning the next day, nobody was at the front desk without notices left on the counter; although, we were told about its 24-h operation. Only when getting out of the door, already wasted time trying to figure out what to do, I saw a piece of paper on the glass door with hand-written message, which is easily lost and not noticeable with being dark outside. Why not to leave that notice on the counter?! Or type it in bigger thicker letters, use brighter colors if putting something on the glass door. It was the most stressful check-out, especially when not being experienced with the rental car return center at MIA and ETA at that area. Hope the listed concerns can be addressed in a timely manner for the next customers have time to relax & enjoy their stay. Thank you."
