Cute little property with a fun vibe. Great pet friendly motel cottages. Fun tiki bar and friendly owners/ managers. I stayed 1 night for the 7 mile bridge race. The walls are thin and it is located next to the airport. Taco stand on property.

Wow where do I start… first not a cottage but a trailer park… filthy! I mean disgusting dirty… old dirty pillows, dirty sheets, holes in the walls, windows that don’t close, garbage everywhere around the property, raccoons basically attacking you if you need to go to your car at night! We got out of there! They don’t state it up front but all their reservations are non-refundable. They do not invest anything into these places, they take peoples money and give no refunds. Read reviews! Also look at google reviews! Wish I would have done my research - marketing videos etc on Expedia are a scam property not like this at all!! Beware!! Do not lose your hard earned money like we did! Our stay was March 2024 - RUN AWAY!

Property was great and tucked away , was clean , ac worked extremely well. The only issue I had was the room I was in had an extremely cracked and loose tile that I almost sliced my foot on right next to the bed , walls are pretty thin and we could hear the people in the room next to us . But bed was comfy plenty of towels . There was a gratuity envelope to tip the cleaning staff , so bring cash .

I didn’t like the management or lack of Communication. We had problems which were not taken as seriously as they should have been. Deceptive advertising led us to choose a cottage, but we ended up with a room…leaky sink, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

We recently stayed at tropical cottages in Marathon Florida and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The exorbitant price did not match the dismal experience. The mattress was sagging and uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Even if it did allow SO and myself to “meet in the middle”. Additionally, even though WIFI was advertised and a criteria in our choice of location, the quality of this service was incredibly inconvenient, especially for travelers who rely on internet access. Broken floor tiles and dirty windows full with dead flies and more….The outdoor bathroom was unhygienic and unpleasant, leaving much to be desired in terms of privacy. The wall separating our room from the other guests was paper thin giving the impression that we were actually sharing our room with others. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would have better slept in our car.
