Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos, mas as instalações do hotel não estão nas melhores condições. O ar condicionado não regulava a temperatura (ficava muito frio a noite), papel higiênico bem ruim e a cama era bem dura.

I was really happy here. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It's near the 15th of November Plaza which is a beautiful place to sit, relax, people watch. The staff was nice and helpful. On the negative side; wi-fi was pretty bad and the television too BUT who comes to a beautiful city to sit in a hotel room.

Há opções melhores em Floripa

O local é muito barulhento e com muito trânsito de marginais durante a noite. Não há momento algum durante a noite em que não haja barulho da rua. O hotel em si é bem antigo, portas com frestas enormes e o mobiliário já viu dias melhores. Café da manhã bem simples e com poucas opções mas saboroso.

Hotel antigo e sem conservação.

Hotel bem localizado no centro, porém, muito antigo e mal conservado. Café da manhã fraco. No dia da hospedagem elevador estragou. Funcionários tiveram que descer as escadas com as malas, visivelmente contrariados. Hospedagem foi apenas por uma noite para pegar vôo no dia seguinte.

Localização

Fiz a reserva após verificar as avaliações. Fui ao Startup Summit e iria me hospedar sozinho. Depois de algumas pesquisas, optei pelo Oscar. Um ponto muito positivo é a localização: fica no centro, perto de tudo, em uma avenida com diversas opções próximas, desde restaurantes até lanchonetes. Pontos Positivos do Hotel: Localização: excelente, perto de tudo. Café da manhã: simples, mas muito saboroso e compatível com a diária. Conforto: o quarto tem uma boa cama. Banheiro: básico, mas nada que comprometa. Ponto Negativo: Cheguei às 21h45 e o elevador estava quebrado. Tive que subir quatro andares de escada com a mala, e as escadas são bastante íngremes. Para um hotel que se propõe a ter um elevador, isso deixa a desejar.

Boa estadia

A locação do hotel é muito boa, no centro da cidade, bem perto dos pontos turísticos do centro. Tem facilidade de deslocamento para outras partes da ilha. O hotel é bom, quarto grande, com frigobar, cama boa, guarda-roupa e banheiro com amenidades. Ar-condicionado quente e frio e água do chuveiro ótima e bem quente. Café da manhã muito bom com muitas opções. Os pontos negativos: 1- a torneira da pia do banheiro consome muita água e pelo fato de ser automática não tem como evitar. Acho que pensando na sustentabilidade do planeta e na diminuição da conta de água do hotel, seria ideal trocar por outro modelo; 2- algumas pessoas da equipe bem hostis com os hóspedes; 3- o fone do meu quarto estava quebrado. Fiquei uma semana hospedado no hotel pedindo para consertar e não foi consertado. Exceto esses pequenos problemas, vale muito a pena se hospedar no hotel, considerando a relação preço X benefício.
