Péssimas condições

Ficamos no hotel por apenas uma noite, apenas para descansar pois estávamos participando de um evento. Chegamos as 23h e fomos embora as 9h. Tivemos que pedir as toalhas, mas tivemos que voltar na recepção pois nao tinha telefone no quarto. Tinha apenas um rolo de papel higiênico com menos da metade do rolo e tivemos que ficar racionando papel higiênico com medo de acabar. Banheiros estremamente sujo, com areia no box, tapete encardido, tive que colocar a toalha de rosto que tinham nos dado pra pisar. Roupas de cama encardidas, travesseiro que parecia um tijolo e com fronhas com cheiro de usadas. Não bastasse o barulho de TV ligada em outro quarto a noite toda, por volta de umas 4h da manhã, chegaram hospedes no quarto do lado fazendo muito barulho e não paravam de conversar, parecia datar dentro do meu quarto. Fiquei apenas uma noite pra descansar, mas sai de lá mais cansada do que entrei.

Tudo ok com a estadia. Infelizmente tivemos que sair antes do esperado porque nosso filho ficou doente, entretanto o reembolso da hospedagem não foi concedido, o que nos deixou um pouco insatisfeitos com a falta de empatia.

Decepcionante

O check in no hotel é realizado às 14:00 hs. Cheguei quase 16:00 horas, extremamente cansada, depois de duas conexões, de ter acordado de madrugada no meu Estado para poder viajar, e quando cheguei no hotel, o quarto não estava pronto. Perguntei ao atendente se a minha reserva não estava no sistema, se havia acontecido alguma coisa, ele me respondeu que estava sozinho no hotel cuidando da limpeza e do atendimento, por isso o atraso e me pediu desculpas. Poxa, é muita falta de respeito com o hóspede. O dono do hotel precisa então contratar funcionários. Eu fui fazer prova, só queria tomar banho, comer algo, descansar para fazer prova no domingo e precisei ficar ainda esperando mais um tempo para liberar o apto. A minha reserva não era reembolsável, sem falar que era mais de 16:00 horas e eu sem almoço, precisava ainda pedir algo. O jeito foi esperar, pra evitar mais estresse. Achei sabonete usado no banheiro, a limpeza foi feita muito rápida, e o pior, em época de pandemia. Depois, precisei de umas informações, desci na recepção varias vezes e ninguém para atender, daí que vi em um quadro com letras pequenas que o atendimento era somente por watssap. Não me informaram nem isso no momento do check in. Algumas informações que precisei foi buscando no google mesmo e perguntando o povo na rua. Acredito ser essencial essa comunicação direta entre hóspedes e o hotel. O positivo no hotel, não posso deixar de apontar, é que ele é bem decorado, os quartos são amplos, cama confortável.

Quarto muito bom e limpo. Localização excelente. Não tem estacionamento, há um recuo na calçada, sem cobertura, para apenas uns 4 ou 5 carros, porém é rotativo. Meu carro ficou na rua mesmo, que é bem tranquila.

O hotel é muito bom fica a dois minutos da praia de Canasvieiras indo a pé, a praia é a mais linda que fomos, o quarto é excelente bem espaçoso arrumadinho tem frigobar e uma decoração linda. Adoramos Nossa estadia!

Considero uma otima opção para férias próximas da praia, localização excelente para nao precisar de usar o carro. Nossa acomodação tinha dois excelentes quartos, uma boa sala, uma cozinha muito boa e um banheiro pequeno. As roupas de cama e banho estavam impecaveis, as instalações incluindo piscina sala de televisão cozinha que havia para conpartilhar também estavam muito limpas. Aprovadissimo
