Quando fiz a reserva era com limpeza diária, mas não aconteceu, o atendimento deixa a desejar, recepção fica muitas vezes vazia. Não tinha ar nos 2 quartos que reservei, e pior, na reserva dizia 1 cama de casal 1 sofá cama e 2 duas outras camas, o resultado foi q um dos meus filhos dormiu com o colchão no chão, pq não tinha a disponibilidade. A parte boa é a localização. 30 segundos a pé da praia. Muitos restaurantes ao redor e comércio de todos os tipos tb.

Local cancelou estadia 2hrs antes

Efetuei a reserva e o pagamento pelo aplicativo Hotéis.com. Depois de tdo confirmado através do e-mail, iniciei minha viagem. Chegando ao local e entrando em contato com o estabelecimento eles cancelaram a reserva 2 hrs antes da minha estadia e não tinham como me receber por estarem em reforma. Em resumo estou com o valor cobrado no meu cartão de crédito e em cima da hora precisei encontrar outro estabelecimento. Total falta de respeito.

Aceitam reservas e CANCELAM no dia seguinte. 😣

Infelizmente, minha nota foi DECEPCIONANTE, posto que, fiz a reserva na sexta-feira, dia 09/10/20. No dia de entrar, após ter me deslocado de Curitiba até Florianópolis, fui informado que a Reserva FOI CANCELADA, POIS A PROPRIEDADE ESTAVA EM REFORMA. Creio ser uma FALTA DE RESPONSABILIDADE, por parte da Propriedade e da Hotéis.com. O casal de amigos que também reservou teve o mesmo dissabor. EXTREMAMENTE DECEPCIONANTE.😣😣😣

Lo único bueno la cercanía a la playa, el servicio malo , las toallas las cambiaban y las entregaban sucias, las camas no te las hacían, te dejaban las sábanas para q te la hagas, los colchones hundidos , el desayuno pobre

Apart bom com coisas a melhorar

Apart muito bem localizado e com um ótimo atendimento, mas tem muito a melhorar nas camas pq os colchões estão em um péssimo estado, tanto da cama de casal como na cama auxiliar e fica impossível de dormir confortavelmente.

Localização e Atendimento elogiáveis!

A localização do hotel supera todas as expectativas, quer pela proximidade do mar, quer pelos estabelecimentos próximos, como mercado, sorveteria, restaurantes e demais comércios. O atendimento por parte da direção e funcionários é elogiável e, embora instalações antigas, possui funcionalidades modernas como tv, internet e frigobar. Melhor se fornecessem shampoo, condicionador e sabonetes. O café pode, também, ser considerado excelente. O acesso de chegada ao hotel é direto da avenida principal em Canasvieira. Voltaremos com certeza.

Eu e minha esposa passamos do dia 21 a 26/03/2019 no Apart Hotel . Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom. Café da manhã muito fraco. Precisa de atenção com relação à higienização das cobertas e colcha (com cheiro de mofo) Maior decepção foi que desde a primeira noite até a última na casa de show ao vivo e karaokê ao lado com som muito alto até às 4h da manhã.
