"Staff checking us in was lackluster bordering on rude. The room was nice. There was no conditioner in our bottle it was completely empty. The air conditioner worked amazing. The shower was HOT just wish the shower head had adjustable options. We booked last minute online for a weekday rate of $100 including tax so it was a great deal."

"We had a fabulous stay at The Hyatt. We enjoyed our room it was clean no bad smells in the hotel room or hallways. This staff was very friendly and we weren't ready to leave we wanted to stay longer it is an excellent hotel to stay at. We plan to go and stay again in about 7 months and I plan to stay with them again and hopefully the same room. Rav was very friendly and helpful and got us checked in and always so friendly to us going and coming and Mariah was extremely excellent in our checkout process and very friendly and sweet. We are extremely impressed and happy we chose The Hyatt"

"The hotel was beautiful and we had fun In The casino. Even tho the rooms were non smoking there was a Smokey smell. But over all the resort was clean and beautiful."
