Staff were very friendly and helpful. Marissa was very pleasant. Very modern and clean space. Great location, very close to the train station. Bed was comfy and air conditioning was good! Overall a fantastic stay! Would stay here again in a heartbeat if/when we are in town.

The place was very clean and it was very easy to find from the train station and tram. Also an easy walk to the heart of Florence. Marisa was extremely courteous and was very helpful.

Check in was smooth and easy. Location was great. Room was small but adequate. Pillows were old and uncomfortable and should be updated as should all the bedding. Regardless, the price was right.

I honestly hated this place from the moment I walked in. The fact that the towels and bed covers aren’t white were a red flag. The towels felt old, the room wasn’t clean. The washroom didn’t have any toiletries or hand soap. I had to message them to let them know we didn’t even have body wash or shampoo, or hand soap to wash our hands. We had to wait till the next day to receive it. The washroom is so small and feels so dirty. Also when sleeping at night you hear people come in and out or closing and opening their doors, almost felt like someone was breaking into our room each time.

Air freshener in room was overpowering. Bathroom ventilation was non-existent, the bathroom stayed wet from one hot shower for the duration of the stay. Bathroom fan doesn’t ventilate bathroom and actually tripped multiple times causing power failure for the entire BnB.

Nærme togstasjonen

Kusina og jeg booket oss inn her et par netter i september. Verten var veldig imøtekommende, hjelpsom og serviceinnstilt. Enkel innsjekk med en lang og god beskrivelse av hvor man kunne finne nøkkel. Da vi kom inn fikk vi et rom i en gang med flere rom. Eget bad. Sengen var god og vi hadde aircondition, Tv og kjøleskap. Litt dårlig belysning og fjernkontrollen virket ikke da batteriene var oppbrukt. Kort vei fra togstasjonen, men litt i "feil retning" fra resten av byen/sentrum.
