10/10 Excellent
The first night we were kept up by horribly yapping neighbors and their obnoxiously barking dog. However, the establishment is not responsible for the behavior of their guests, but how they respond.
We were given a nice room further down the hall. And there is it; they handled this fantastic. The ladies from the front desk, amongst whom Thelia of Thalia, were all very friendly and accommodating.
