"They need to STOP advertising free breakfast, because they only had cereal, tea bags, oatmeal packet and waffles. The water for the tea was lukewarm and the milk and creamer was stale. In one of the room we booked it had a stain on the bed and when we got to our room two pillows were on the floor. The garbage bin in the hallway was filled when we arrive which was disgusting. They had a jacuzzi in the room that was a good plus. The front desk clerk was nice. Wouldn’t stay there again"

"The staff was amazing, and went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. We were able to check-in half an hour early, and gave my daughter a snack bag for waiting, which got her excited after a long drive/day. The breakfast was excellent, and the cook even baked fresh chocolate chip cookies and brought them to our room! So kind! The pool was clean and fun for my daughter.
