Clean simple room, staff was very nice, parking was good no issues. Did not try breakfast unfortunately but the coffee and food area is clean and always kept stocked up so I’m sure the breakfast is good. Definitely would recommend.

What a lovely property! I love the innovative way this hotel presents itself. The lobby design is open and well lit. The food bar is easy to approach at each station. I loved the round area for plates, utensils, cereals, etc. Coffee is the BEST! Rooms are great—beds, bathroom (love the walk-in shower), blinds (wow). We stayed three night while in area for a wedding. I’ll look for Avids on future trips.

The price of the stay was very reasonable, so I was expecting a more "budget-friendly hotel" atmosphere. The room and the amenities greatly exceeded my expectation. I will definitely be using this place again. It was really very very nice.

The room was clean, staff were friendly, plenty of parking around the property. In close proximity to a lot of stores and places to eat. Air conditioning worked well, the only complaint that I have is the room didn’t have a mini fridge.

Rachel at the front desk was awesome! Accommodating and very pleasant upon check in! Lobby, room and outside VERY clean AND all new ( just opened 10/31/25). Free breakfast, carts available for luggage. No fridge or microwave in room but one in the lobby for guest use along with plates, cups and utensils. Would stay again for sure!

The staff was so helpful and accommodating my accessibility needs. My room was very tidy and clean… And thank you so much for actually installing a towel rack in the bathroom… So many hotels only have one hook on the back of the door! Parking was a breeze… I would absolutely stay here again!

The room, the bathroom everything was fine, but the Wi-Fi and the TV stopped working around 1 AM. That was kind of odd. I could hear a sound but no picture but the room was beautiful and well neat and clean.

My son and I stayed at Avid for two of three nights, the event we attended was stopped because of storms. The hotel is extremely clean, quiet. The staff was great. They were polite, and answered all our questions. We didn’t eat a full breakfast because we left early to get a good parking atvthe race event we arrended, but it looked good. We wished there was a far leas a smalk fridge. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks Avid.

I like that the property was practically new, decor was great, staff was attentive and helpful, area was close to restaurant and stores. I was very surprise of how small the rooms were, not dresser, no closet, but the room decor was wonderful, bathroom was large. Great place for a short visit to the area.
