"Pool was large & clean, enjoyable, well priced for an aged property "

"I was swinging my bag off the bed and hit the floor fan which fell over and broke. I took it up to the front desk to report it. They told me I would have to pay for it and I was happy to do so, as I broke it. I asked for another one bc I am a fan sleeper and they told me they did not have any extras. Sadly I went back to my room. About ten minutes later a knock at the door. They brought me a new fan! Great staff all around! The location was decent but the road in needs a lot of love! "

"Really great room with heaps of space and everything you could need from an apartment. It was perfect for our pre outer island departure the next morning and definitely would have been suitable for a longer stay. 2 minutes walk to the port was super handy and the staff were amazing with our numerous questions and requests. "Perfect place for jumping to day trips. The beach isn’t great, but the price reflects that. The breakfast was fantastic, lunch and dinner mediocre. Emily from hydrosports really deserves her own office. She made our trip from good to amazing. I’d recommend booking with her if you can find her. "

"Crowne was great to stay. The staff are amazing and friendly, it’s just the fiji way. Although I must say, parts of it is still under construction. We must have moved in to a room that had just finished. There were some fixtures that needed touching up. Nothing big though. Staff notified. "
