This is a great hotel in the best location in Suva. All the staff were particularly friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the wide range of foods at the buffet breakfast, in particular the fresh fruit. We also enjoyed the luxurious decor and grandness of the hotel. The seating around the hotel was very comfortable and it was nice to get cushions for sunset hour by the pool.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. It was spotlessly clean throughout, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The recent refurbishment has given the place a modern and fresh look, which we really liked.
The staff were a real highlight — incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
Overall, a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and comfortable, and when I lost some documents and had to email to get replacements they were extremely helpful; also gave me a ground floor room when I asked for it due to my limp and difficulty with stairs. A bit far from shopping centre (to walk) but plenty of taxis and the fare cheap in Fijian dollars.

After the bus journey from Nadi to Suva, we didn't feel like walking to the hotel, so we took a taxi. They're are plenty at the bus station. It probably is possible to walk, though, if you don't have too much luggage! We arrived a little earlier than we had said, but we're able to check in. The room we got was large and bright. It was clean and tidy, with a huffs bathroom,with lots of hot water. The heater was leaking, and we had to empty the bucket each morning. But this was not a big deal for...
