They were friendly and professional without being stiff, and showed a genuine warmth that is hard to find. "Great gym, room was dated, curtains didn't work, and there was sitting water on the balcony that made the smell terrible. The fragrance they pump in the lobby is extremely overpowering, if have to hold my breath or I would sneeze. Breakfast was great and staff we very nice!"
