A special thank you to Salma at guest experience for providing a personal service throughout our stay, who also arranged tours and spa experience for us. Also thank you to manager Akram. (Just bear in mind that as with some other hotels, the air conditioning system in the hotel is switched off in winter, with only heating available, so have to open the large room window if feeling hot, but we had a comfortable stay). Hotel area felt safe, just a few minutes walk from the shopping mall Borj Fes, with restaurants, shops etc. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Fes and we would definitely stay here again."
