"Very clean room and welcoming staff"

"The shuttle service was excellent. Yassine at the reception demonstrated great professionalism and provided five-star service."

"Great location and amenities, staff is extremely helpful. Shuttle to/from the airport affordable and super convenient, the breakfast is also a nice added bonus."

"Extremely overpriced for what you get. Pillows smelled a little, otherwise very clean. Breakfast was OK and the hotel is beautiful. However, the staff are non committal (I sliced my arm open on a door bolt and asked if she had any antiseptic cream or wipes or even a plaster, and she smiled and said no and walked off. That’s pathetic). "

"Breakfast was good."

"its quiet"

"Terrible location, nice and modern hotel, poor service, the swimming pool ice cold, best breakfast we had, very relaxing. Location way too far away from Marrakech and almost impossible to get to and from Marrakech if you don't use their free shuttle service that runs twice per day. The value is ok and it wasn't a BAD experience but I wouldn't stay there again. Overall 6/10"
