"had paid for my hotel bookings in full amount in august when went to hotel manager says dont have my booking and informed oyo hotel full and book me somewhere else was not sent any e mail or text message from oyo very unprofessional not informing customers of changes luckily had good rickshaw driver who let me use phone to talk to oyo to sort issue for no fault of mine and since too deep inside would be stuck all night on streets if rickshaw guy didnt wait for me and stay on streets when paid...

The staff are outstanding and the location is beautiful. The food is very good and they have a good range of alcoholic beverages. The Settlers experience is excellent. Everything is kept very clean.
Things they could improve, the villa we stayed in (12) could do with refurbishing. It is comfortable but for example the bathroom floor is slats and you can lose earrings etc through the gaps. It also creaks loudly! The only other thing is that the food delivery can be slow at times.

It was comfortable located just opposite the airport. Eateries are nearby and the tourist attractions are only a few km away. Rooms were compact and clean. Breakfast was excellent, can't be better! Would love to stay again!

It was a very excellent stay no problems at all room was very good only wish it had a safe for valuables the manager and staff are excellent they go out their way to help and on this occasion the manager helped us a lot the staff in restaurant are very good the food was mouth watering kept eating there .. we would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon thank you

What a stunning place. We had a private, ensuite room with our own fridge and kettle and a balcony but also access to a central space with sofas, dining area and kitchen shared with one other couple. In the room there was water and also amenity kits with slippers, toothbrush, comb soaps etc.
Great communication from Captain Dhana and a free pick up on arrival and the best breakfast of our entire 2 weeks in the Andamans, thank you. I cant recommend this place enough!

Our second time at the Bay Leaf on our trip to the Andaman Islands.
We found the BL to be a modern well run hotel and a good central location.
We stayed in two types of rooms we found both to be of a good standard.
Eg: comfortable beds, clean well maintained bathrooms and good AC/Fans.
The rooftop restaurant /Bar is a nice place to eat dinner or enjoy a cocktail overlooking Port Blair, once again we found the level of service excellent.
Probably the best accommodation we have found on this...
