"Old building creaky floors, very old carpet and pillows! However for the money it was ok"

"The main issue was the shower control which was very difficult to use and very hard to turn to get the water properly on. Also felt that the £10 car parking charge should not apply to hotel guests "

"There was no lift and although staff helped me with my case,I still had to climb up and down to the 2nd floor. I had asked for a lower room because I have severe heart failure, despite having booked in January, there were many people, far fitter than me on the 1st floor. My room was clean but the curtain was not hanging properly. Many of the carpets need a clean, so did the big window on the stairs which was filthy with cobwebs, The garden needed tidying up, there were cigarette butts everywhere. The parking was perfect. Most of the staff were very helpful."
