"We rented a room with the intention of taking our kids swimming, well they didnt even last 20min because the water was disgusting, it was dirty smelly and to top it off full of hairs. The room was pretty good although they could scrub down the shower floor a little better. "

Unfortunately, I'm deducting one star because it actually wasn't in the historic center and I had to uber back and forth everywhere as I was advised not to walk. "The location of the hotel is great and the ambiance is excellent in the common areas. The property has ample parking.The front desk clerk was short and didn’t go over the amenities of the hotel until we inquired. We asked about level 5 and the associate said the restaurant should be able to accommodate us but took no further steps to help us? We decided to go somewhere else. The staff in general didn’t acknowledge us or greet us throughout our stay—it was very odd. The room was nice but a bit dusty. Our room was not cleaned the second day of our stay. Not sure why we would have to request basic stay over service. Not the service we expected based on the price and reviews. "
