"Parking was easy hotel rooms where clean and perfect for what we needed. "

"This hotel needs more sound proofing. We stayed here for 2 nights for my daughters volleyball tournament. On the second night the room next to us kept us up all night. We called the front desk once to complain but nothing was done so we didn't bother calling again. We ended up oversleeping the next morning and were late for the tournament. At check out the employee at the front desk asked how our stay was. I informed him of the noise issue the night before and he actually confessed that it was him in the room next door to us keeping us up all night. He informed us that the hotel had given him a room for the night to celebrate his birthday. I couldn't believe it, no wonder nothing wàs done following our phone call complaint. I"ll never stay there again."

"Hotel was horrible, rooms TV didn’t work, tub chalking moldy, bathroom door uneven, door locking system horrible, floors dirty, requested a room with 2 queens and wasn’t available bcz of a supposed leak, accommodated us with two separate rooms which were in horrible conditions, in one room ac on and couldn’t shut it off. Floors uneven other rooms were noisy by slamming doors during night, one room as you walked by it a dog barked, the bathroom door had a hole with a bad plaster job. Room smelled of cigarette. Definitely not a safe hotel stay amd won’t be staying at any Wyndom Ramada’s"

"The first morning My wife and I had to take cold showers. Found out the water heater went out but parts were ordered. Repair was made promptly and then we had plenty of hot water. Great, congenial, helpful staff. Will stay here again."

"poor management low staffs no one on front desk to give us the keys they left keys on front desk with R00M # Put their customers In Danger and at risk any one pick the keys no security on floor any one walk in to lobby this the second time they did last time bath room was not clean not review properly need better security standards any one hide in the room get heart this is serious"
