"I've stayed at this property in the past, and was very satisfied. Recently, this hotel has had complete refurbishment of all the rooms, including bedding, flooring, and fixtures. They are currently finishing the public areas, but this did not impact my stay at all. It was quiet, and kept clean for guest traffic. Very comfortable, and a great value."

"The hotel was clean, quiet, smelled wonderful and the staff was hands down the best. They were constantly cleaning anything I asked for they delivered. Front counter the gentlemen gave us suggestions on where to go for eating, shopping and entertaining.Breakfast was great hot and the room was clean. This is the only hotel I would stay in in Fayetteville Arkansas.!!! They deserve a raise. I've been around the world and stayed in very expensive hotels and the service was no where near as good as here."

"The front desk was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's an older motel but efforts have been made to keep it well worth the low price. This was graduation weekend at the University of Arkansas, and every other hotel/motel in town had quadrupled, or even more, their rates. My thanks to the owners! The Best Western in town had canceled my reservation made in March, but agreed to reinstate it at FIVE TIMES my original reservation!!"
